Does this update QuickBooks by itself?
Yes. As you charge tuition, sell tickets, or issue refunds, PaySync keeps QuickBooks up to date automatically. No exporting files. No re-typing numbers.
Will it mess with my past months?
No. We leave old months alone. We only update what you ask us to, going forward.
What happens if something looks off?
You’ll get a clear alert in plain English and a button that says “Fix it.” If you want help, our team is a chat away.
What if my accountant has questions?
We’re happy to help. They can chat with us directly, and we’ll walk them through how PaySync keeps things updated automatically. We also provide a simple month-end checklist so everyone sees the same steps.
Does this work for tickets and events?
Yes. Ticket sales flow through just like tuition—parents buy, you see the money, and QuickBooks stays updated.

What if I’m stuck?
We’ve got you. Our team is available 9am-9pm ET by chat or email, and we’ll walk you through it step by step.
What if I already have an accountant?
You can absolutely keep your accountant. We make their job easier by keeping everything up to date and easy to find. Prefer more hands-on help? Our bookkeeping services are available as an add-on. Use yours, ours, or both.
Can you move my data from our old system?
Yes! We do a white glove transfer. We move over your classes, families/students, balances, and recent payments, then pick a go-live date with you. We run a quick side-by-side check so you can see everything looks right before you switch. If your old provider supports secure card transfer, we’ll bring that too; if not, parents get a 1-minute link to save a card. You won’t be doing spreadsheets or manual re-entry, we handle it with you.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime from Settings, no penalties. We’ll give you a free month to transition off and a one-click export of your data (students, families, enrollments, payments, tickets, payouts) so you can take everything with you. Need a hand? We’ll help you land smoothly.
